The Prevailing Triad

Who do you think makes the decision about what speaker gets on what stage? Many people think that it’s the event planner, but in fact it’s something that I call The Prevailing Triad.

The group that’s hiring you is actually different roles, and I call that triad of roles The Prevailing Triad. It might be one person, it might be many people, and it’s always the same three roles.

Understanding that whole triad is going to help you get on more stages. Not many people know about this, so I’ll tell you the secret in this video.

Wow! Reminds me of the individual roles in E-Myth. One person can do it all, but it is more likely in a large company that those roles are broken out. Thank you for sharing. I always learn so much from you.
